    Irrigation Efficiency Rebate Program Parker Water is excited to offer our customers rebates on water conserving irrigation equipment in 2011!  There are 3 categories of equipment that you can apply for rebates on: Multi-Stream, Multi-Trajectory Rotary Nozzles - Up to $5 per nozzle, $100 maximum per single family home, $500 per commercial property or HOA.
